Hello! I’m Caleb.
A little about me.
I love art, mentorship and creating magic for others to enjoy. I have built a business where all three of these obsessions can live together.
My business is called the “Very Creative Company” (a joke and reference for all the Parks and Rec fans out there). It is my holdings company that holds Little Magic Studios and all of my other business ventures.
VCC has 3 core aspects to how we help others and create magic:
1. Our mentorship program. When I graduated college it took me 3 very long and painful years to get my creative career snowball to start its journey rolling down the mountain side.
I looked for help and direction along the way. I even spent thousands of dollars on online classes and mentorships only to find out they didn’t help my actual problem. I got more drawing instruction but other artists weren’t prepared or trained to help me in my thinking, my ability to sell my self and the skills needed to create my own opportunities.
In my character design mentorship you end the program with a brand new portfolio that will get you hired and the skills to find solutions and create your own opportunities with in this industry.
2. At VCC we create our own original entertainment. We are currently in production on our first original series “Little Magic” with other unannounced projects in the works.
3. We partner with other businesses and creators to grow existing projects. Through licensing VCC IP, bringing your YouTube channel in under the VCC name and gaining access to our team/resource or partnering through new ways that VCC can help monetize your project and audience.
I am deeply passionate about art, entrepreneurship, helping others and creating magic in this world for all to enjoy.

Our Team
Caleb Staker
Caleb has worked for studios like Warner Brothers, Disney, Atomic Cartoons ShadowMachine and many others. He now leads as creative head, lead mentor and operator at the Very Creative Company. Building art education experiences and entertainment for all while also focusing on building a company that can employ his fellow artists.
Founder
Deyna is the Design Manager here at the Very Creative Company. She leads the studio's design teams in helping shape the visual direction of VCC’s original content. She is also a dedicated mentor, guiding students as they develop their artistic skills and confidence while fostering a collaborative, creative environment.
Design ManagerDeyna Marroquin
Angela is our head of story at the Very Creative Company. She runs all of our preproduction efforts across multiple projects and provides mentorship to all of our 31 artists. Angela’s skills do not end with her incredible draftsmanship, she is a born leader and is an integral part of the VCC’s future.
