Why join this program?

When I first graduated I wasn’t wasn’t prepared to make it as an artist. I didn’t understand that there was so much more to a career in art then just having a portfolio. Because of this I spun my wheels for 3 years!

I don’t want that for you. It was painful. I felt like a failure. This lead to me throwing money at different online courses desperately trying to figure out how to improve my portfolio so I could finally be “hirable”. I learned that there was so much more to getting a job then just having a portfolio.

I needed the correct kind of work, presented the proper way, basic entrepreneurial skills, networking etc.

Now that I’m on the other side and have been working in the animation and art industry for years, I know how to solve these problems. I want to help you so that you don’t have to go through the same experience I did and wait 3 years (or longer) to get started with your career as an artist. Apply today and let’s start your career!

Let me tell you a little more about how it works

This is a 4-8 week 1-on-1 mentorship. We’ll have a video call each week (but they don’t necessarily need to be consecutive weeks. We can fit your schedule). I’ll teach you important design principles, answer any and all questions, then will give assignments geared toward a portfolio project we will be building together.

During the week you have full access to text/email me for questions or draw over notes. At the end of the mentorship you’ll have 15-20 new pages of work and I’ll teach you all of my methods and tricks on networking and how to get consistent work in this industry.

As part of the mentorship you also get added to my private discord server “The Artist Network” with an artist community of over 200 other artists. In the community we share job opportunities, get extra feedback and grow your network! My goal is to spend all my time and attention on helping you solve your portfolio needs so you can progress in your career faster.
