Caleb Staker
Caleb Staker, founder of the Very Creative Company has worked for studios like Warner Brothers, Disney, Atomic Cartoons ShadowMachine and many others. He now leads as creative head, lead mentor and operator at VCC. Building art education experiences and entertainment for the enjoyment of many to come while also focusing on building a company that can employ his fellow artists.
Founder
Deyna Marroquin is the Design Manager here at the Very Creative Company. She leads the studio's design teams in helping shape the visual direction of VCC’s original content. She is also a dedicated mentor, guiding students as they develop their artistic skills and confidence while fostering a collaborative, creative environment.

About
The Very Creative Company was born out of necessity.
After years of layoffs in the animation industry, I found myself searching for new ways to support my family. I tried just about everything. Freelancing, teaching, building products, starting businesses, and exploring opportunities both inside and outside the creative world. That season of experimentation eventually led to the multiple businesses I own today, and The Very Creative Company is one of them.
Our mission is simple: to help artists of all ages and skill levels not only grow in their craft but also build fulfilling, sustainable creative careers. We believe creativity makes the world more beautiful, and we want to equip artists with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to make a lasting impact.
We're also passionate about creating opportunities for other artists. Every mentorship, course, book, or product you purchase helps us hire creative talent and reinvest in original projects, including our animated series currently in production, Little Magic.
